Open Roles in Project Management

1. Officer – Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve project-related issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to prevent delays.
• Progress Updates: Lead regular project update meetings, document discussions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Collaboration: Work with teams across various departments like Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Legal, IT, Quality Assurance, and Finance to manage project operations efficiently.
• Reporting: Maintain trackers for revenue and resource utilization, providing monthly summaries for management reports.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences, M Pharmacy, MSc, or MBA.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project and Excel is highly desirable.
• Certifications: CAPM/PMP or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Executive – Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Data Analysis: Analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities.
• Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences, M Pharmacy, MSc, or MBA.
