MACS – Agharkar Research Institute Vacancies List:
Position Title: Junior Research Fellow
Department: Developmental Biology Group
Qualifications: MSc in Biological Sciences , Biotechnology , Pharmaceutical Sciences , Chemistry
Experience: Qualified in CSIR/UGC/ICMR or GATE. National Level examination DST, DBT, etc. Experience in Animal handling skills desirable.
Monthly Stipend: ₹ 37,000/- Consolidated
Age Limit: Up to 28 years, with relaxations for specific categories.
Job Description:
Role: Junior Research Fellow
Responsibilities:
- Work on the DBT Sponsored Project (SP-302) focused on heart regeneration using zebrafish as a model organism.
- Explore pro-regenerative secreted molecules and their mechanistic details.
- Author scientific reports and contribute to the project’s success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MSc in Biological Sciences , Biotechnology , Pharmaceutical Sciences , Chemistry.
- Qualified in CSIR/UGC/ICMR or GATE. National Level examination DST, DBT, etc.
- Desirable: Experience in Animal handling skills.
