Job Role & Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Document Management: Issuance, review, and control of documents such as BMRs, BPRs, and logbooks.

• Testing & Validation: Planning and execution of routine testing, qualification, and validation of laboratory instruments.

• IPQA Activities: Monitoring in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to GMP & GDP standards.

• QMS Implementation: Supporting activities related to deviations, CAPA, and change controls under the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Sampling: Handling sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

• Training Support: Contributing to annual training planning and execution.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MSc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields).

• Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in QA/QC within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS.

  • Experience in validation, calibration, and process documentation.

  • Ability to perform IPQA checks and ensure compliance during manufacturing.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
