Job Role: Clinical Pharmacologist
Key Responsibilities
- Medication Management: Optimize drug therapies by providing accurate dosing recommendations and monitoring drug interactions.
- Patient Care Support: Participate in ward rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Pharmacokinetic Monitoring: Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring to ensure medication efficacy and safety.
- Medication Safety Audits: Lead medication safety initiatives, audits, and reporting processes to minimize risks.
Qualifications Required
- Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in clinical pharmacology or a related role.
