Position: Manager / Sr Manager – Quality Control

Location: Kumbalgodu, Karnataka

Experience: 14+ Years

Qualification: MSc. / B Pharm / M.Pharm

Industry: Pharmaceuticals – Quality Control Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Quality Control operations in the plant QC lab.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and GLP standards.
• Manage and support analytical operations, method validations, and troubleshooting.
• Review and approve regulatory documentation, SOPs, and test protocols.
• Supervise and guide a team of analysts, ensuring proper training and performance tracking.
• Continuously improve lab systems to meet evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with internal QA, R&D, and external regulatory bodies as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership in managing QC teams within a regulatory-compliant pharma environment.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and stability testing.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Additional Opportunity: Executive – Engineering

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: BE / Diploma

Specialization: Process Engineering, Utility Systems, HVAC – Operations & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain utility and HVAC systems within the pharma manufacturing setup.
• Ensure optimal equipment uptime and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Comply with engineering SOPs and GMP requirements.
