Job Role: Process R&D – Executive

This role offers you a platform to contribute directly to developing and optimising Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) processes, ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and high-purity production routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments focused on API synthesis and process development.
• Assist in optimizing reaction parameters to improve yield, purity, and scalability.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of organic synthesis and process chemistry.
• Maintain strict adherence to lab safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and observation recording in line with regulatory standards.
• Follow cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory compliance measures diligently.
• Coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams for project advancement.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Requirement: MSc in Chemistry or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years in a Process R&D environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
