Detailed Job Description

Embark on a journey of innovation in the Formulation Research & Development department at MSN Laboratories. Explore the opportunities based on your experience:

Role

As an Executive/Senior Executive/Junior Manager in the FR&D department, you will:

1. For Solid Oral Dosage Formulation:
   • Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in formulation development for regulated markets like the USA and Europe.
   • Exposure to handling various dosage forms such as tablets and capsules, including scale-up activities.
   • Knowledge of preparation documents such as MFR, BMR, PDR is considered an added advantage.
2. For Solid Oral Dosage Forms (ER/SR, IR):
   • 3 to 8 years of experience in solid oral dosage forms for regulated markets (USA, Europe, Australia, etc.).
   • Exposure to handling various dosage forms like tablets and capsules (ER/SR, IR), with additional experience in MUPS projects.
   • Designing strategies, DOE/QbD-based development, data compilation and interpretation, basic knowledge about bio study evaluation, etc.
   • Scale-up exposure for regulated markets and knowledge about regulated market requirements.
   • Experience in preparing and reviewing documents like PDR, MFR, BMR, etc. Supervising and handling regulatory queries is an added advantage.
3. For FR&D (Solids):
   • 3 to 8 years of experience in FR&D (solids) with knowledge in QbD & DoE and its application in Formulation Development.
   • Knowledge of regulatory guidance.
