Job Overview: Production Roles

Neuland Laboratories is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Chemist, Officer, and Shift In-charge in the production department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chemist/Officer:
  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Shift In-charge:
  • Oversee the entire production process during assigned shifts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.
  • Lead a team of production staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  • Chemist/Officer: BSc/MSc in Chemistry.
  • Shift In-charge: B Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 3 to 9 years of experience in production, particularly in API manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is highly desirable.
