    Job Responsibilities: As a Pharmacovigilance Senior Executive at Novumgen, you will be responsible for:

    • Assisting the Signal Management Lead in developing new signal detection processes and making changes to the signal tracking tool.
    • Participating in signal detection activities, including setup and reviewing line listings for signal detection reports.
    • Drafting complex signal detection reports, performing quality control, evaluating, and categorizing potential signals.
    • Proposing courses of action whenever a potential signal is identified.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Supporting the preparation of communications with regulatory authorities.
    • Developing training materials and providing training to team members.
    • Implementing consistent processes to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Working closely with project managers to ensure timelines are met.

    Required Qualifications and Experience: To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • A B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree.
    • 2 to 6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of signal detection processes and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
