Current Vacancy: Project Management Executive

• Role: Executive – Project Management
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Job Responsibilities

As a Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for:

Project Oversight

• Manage planning, execution, close-out, and changes, aiming for a target of over 95% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with CMO, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and manage projects with external partners.

Compliance and Efficiency

• Ensure projects meet agreements and timelines, and suggest process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Issue Escalation

• Escalate project and personnel issues to the appropriate senior or functional management as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: B Pharm/M.Pharm + MBA (Preferred)
• Experience: 1-2 years in Project Management or F&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
