These roles are instrumental in supporting the analytical needs of discovery chemistry and novel molecule development through method development, purification, and data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Analytical Discovery Team, your core responsibilities will include:

HPLC, LC-MS, and SFC-based method development for New Chemical Entities (NCEs)
-
Performing instrument troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance
-
Handling various purification techniques and interpreting analytical data
-
Utilizing advanced column chemistries and analytical tools
-
Collaborating closely with cross-functional discovery teams
-
Working in different shifts, as required, in a collaborative and high-energy lab environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
The o2h Group is looking for passionate, driven scientists with:

A deep understanding of HPLC/LC-MS/SFC techniques

Educational Qualifications & Experience

MSc / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry

3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in CRO or API-based analytical R&D

Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in analytical method development and purification
