Job Role & Responsibilities
The Officer – Regulatory Affairs will support Orion Pharma’s regulatory team by ensuring pharmaceutical products comply with international regulatory guidelines and internal quality systems. The role involves managing documentation, supporting global submissions, and maintaining regulatory records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing lifecycle activities for assigned pharmaceutical products according to regulatory policies
- Ensuring product compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and internal procedures
- Maintaining Orion’s internal regulatory systems with accurate and up‑to‑date information
- Managing regulatory archives and ensuring licenses and labeling documentation remain current
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to manage regulatory changes
- Supporting electronic formatting and preparation of global regulatory submissions
- Assisting with documentation required for regulatory filings and compliance reviews
- Following defined internal policies and quality procedures while handling regulatory documentation
- Supporting administrative and regulatory tasks assigned by regulatory supervisors
This position plays an important role in maintaining compliance with international pharmaceutical regulations while ensuring smooth product lifecycle management.
