Job Role: Pharmaceutical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate pharmaceutical formulations and raw materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the research and development of new pharmaceutical products.
- Troubleshoot laboratory issues and provide analytical support to ongoing projects.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation for regulatory audits.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply).
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and pharmaceutical formulations.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
