Roles and Responsibilities
Production – Drug Product
- Assist in the manufacturing processes under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.
- Operate and monitor production equipment and perform routine tasks as per SOPs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Assist in preparing, issuing, reviewing, and controlling SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other controlled documents.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, self-inspections, and regulatory inspections.
- Support stability study documentation and data integrity compliance.
- Maintain QA logbooks, calibration records, and archives.
- Assist in vendor qualification processes and related documentation.
- Follow ALCOA+ principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate, Complete, Consistent, Enduring, Available) in all documentation practices.
- Report any deviations, incidents, or unsafe practices immediately to supervisors.
