Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Benefit/Risk Associate, you will play a key role in signal detection, safety evaluation, and regulatory communication within pharmacovigilance projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Participate in signal detection activities and setup processes
- Review safety data, line listings, and datasets for signal identification
- Draft and review signal detection reports with high accuracy
- Evaluate and categorize potential safety signals
- Recommend actions based on benefit-risk assessment
- Support preparation of communication with regulatory authorities
- Maintain tracking tools and documentation for safety activities
Advanced Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for safety data analysis
- Support ongoing pharmacovigilance projects across multiple product portfolios
- Contribute to continuous improvement of signal management processes
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology
Experience Required:
- Prior experience in pharmacovigilance
- Hands-on experience in signal detection and signal management tools
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety processes
- Knowledge of signal detection methodologies and benefit-risk assessment
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
