CDM Job Description :

Leadership quality, and the ability to handle and deliver multiple projects on time without compromising on the quality and by complying with the CBCC SOPS

Excellent project management skills. including, timely status updates for the team and across all external key stakeholders

Excellent resource management skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the willingness to train DM colleagues as and when required

Clearer business understanding of the protocols in order to ensure meaningful delivery of end product to the customer In-depth knowledge of database design principles, technology platforms, CDISC or other recognized standard, new CRF standards, metadata, edit check/validations, CCGs and their end impact on the entire study

Willing to develop and deliver robust documentation (e.g. protocols, DMPs, data review & eCRFs/CCGs) as per CBCC SOPS and the global standards

Flexible to work on multiple EDC platforms with a wide range of DM scenarios (out-sourced for EDC development, paper, EDC, multi-armed, etc.)

Able to develop risk management strategies and continuous improvement plans to proactively

prevent data quality issues Able to ensure team adherence to GCP, CBCC DM standards, SOPS and all applicable process & regulatory guidelines

Able to lead and provide expert opinions/inputs into DM initiatives and innovations for quality, efficiency and continuously improve in scientific and operational excellence
