Job Responsibilities

As an Associate in QA – Batch Release, you will be responsible for:

Batch Record Review

• Reviewing executed Batch Manufacturing and Packing Records.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
• Verifying adherence to GMP, GDP, and SOPs.

 Investigation & Compliance

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for abnormalities.
• Ensuring all related investigations are completed and closed.
• Preparing Batch Release or Rejection Notes.

 Documentation & Reporting

• Managing rejected labels and audits.
• Preparing CCM, DCR, NCR, and SOPs.
• Supporting internal/external audits and documentation submissions.

 Cross-Functional Support

• Supporting other departments in query resolution.
• Coordinating with PAC teams for QP queries.
• Executing CAPA and CCM tasks.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Required

Required Education:

• B Pharm
• M.Pharm
• MSc in Life Sciences or related fields

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1–3 years in a quality assurance or batch release role within the pharmaceutical industry.
