This role is ideal for MSc Biotechnology/Microbiology graduates with 1 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Quality Systems

• Maintain Document Management System, archival, issuance, and retrieval
• Review Master Documents (BMR, ATR, COA, STP, Specifications)
• Prepare and review SOPs, EOPs, Protocols, and Reports
• Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Handle Change Control, OOS, CAPA, and Deviations
• Assist internal audits and QMS implementation

In-process QA & Batch Reviews

• Review Batch Manufacturing Records
• Monitor quality systems in GMP premises
• Approve Finished Product post-document review

Equipment & System Validation

• Review qualification documents (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Monitor compliance with 21 CFR Part 11
• Schedule re-qualification reviews

Vendor & Warehouse Management

• Conduct vendor qualification and audits
• Manage warehouse inventory (raw materials, finished products)
• Ensure accurate sampling and dispatch protocols

Educational Qualification

Must-Have:

• Master’s degree (MSc) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Microbiology

Desired Experience:

• 1–4 years of relevant QA experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Familiarity with cGMP practices

Preferred Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Effective coordination and team collaboration
