Job Title: QA Officer – Documentation
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Department: Quality Assurance
Education Required: B. Pharm / MSc

Job Responsibilities
As a QA Officer – Documentation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Primary Responsibilities
- Issuance and retrieval of BMR/BPR & all Log Books to maintain documentation integrity.
- Completion of Document Log Books, BMR/BPR as per company standards.
- Handling all Process/IPQA-related issues in the Production area to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Issuance, control, and retrieval of all plant-related documents to ensure seamless record-keeping.
- Implementing and maintaining GMP standards in documentation and production processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications:
- B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
- MSc (Master of Science)
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality Assurance (QA) – Documentation.
