Key Responsibilities

1. Analytical Testing & Analysis

• Conduct chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Use HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometry to ensure product quality.
• Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and reagents.
• Interpret analytical results and compare them with established specifications.
• Maintain detailed records following GMP/GLP compliance.

2. Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
• Perform routine instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain proper documentation of instrument usage and maintenance logs.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all analytical activities comply with USFDA, EUGMP, TGA, PMDA, KFDA.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Investigate and document out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Adhere to GMP/GLP guidelines and data integrity principles.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and ensure data traceability.
• Manage and archive analytical data as per company policies.
• Contribute to SOP development and validation of new methods.

Candidate Requirements

Education: BSc/MSc/B Pharm/M.Pharm in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields

Experience: 1-3 years in pharmaceutical quality control & analysis

Skills: Expertise in HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP/GLP compliance & global pharma regulations

Software Proficiency: Chromeleon (preferred)

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
