Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Submissions and Dossier Management

  • Provide timely and accurate regulatory support for all product categories (Drugs, Cosmetics, Food Products).
  • Ensure “right-first-time” dossier submissions for Selfcare (Drugs), Skin Health (Cosmetics), and Essential Health products.

Artwork and Labeling Compliance

  • Approve product artworks in the internal system.
  • Ensure all labels and promotional materials are compliant with applicable regulations.

Regulatory Monitoring and External Engagement

  • Stay updated on evolving Indian regulatory guidelines (CDSCO, State Drug Offices, ASCI).
  • Engage in proactive policy shaping and manage regulatory audits effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal departments for regulatory approvals of claims, promotional content, and compliance documentation.

Educational Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Master’s in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master’s in Science (MSc)
  • PG Diploma/Certification in Regulatory Affairs

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in interpreting Indian regulations on Drugs, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, and Commodities
  • Experience working with authorities like CDSCO and State Drug Offices

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in the Regulatory Affairs domain
  • Exposure to NPPA, ASCI, and other regulatory bodies
  • Experience in Indian regulatory landscape for drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices
