Job Role: Regulatory Affairs Executive
Naari Pharma Pvt Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Executive to manage the full life cycle of regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will have a background in M. Pharma and 2-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regulatory submissions for Emerging and Regulated markets, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.
- Manage pre- and post-approval regulatory processes, including initial submissions, variations, renewals, and post-approval maintenance.
- Independently prepare, compile, and submit high-quality regulatory dossiers.
- Respond to regulatory queries swiftly and maintain seamless communication with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other partners.
- Serve as the primary regulatory contact within cross-functional teams, collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing departments.
- Review technical data to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all regulatory activities for audit purposes.
- Stay updated with changing regulatory policies and apply them effectively to product life cycle management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: M. Pharma (Master of Pharmacy)
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory submission processes and life cycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with regulatory authorities and internal teams.
