About the Role: Officer – Regulatory Affairs
This full-time position offers a 5-day work week with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday), providing a great work-life balance. As part of the Regulatory Affairs team, you will be contributing to high-stakes submissions and market access initiatives for ROW countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers in ACTD/CTD/eCTD formats specific to the ROW (Rest of the World) market.
- Evaluate and respond to health authority queries, customer concerns, and deficiencies.
- Review technical documents like Process Validation, Analytical Method Validation (AMV), Stability Studies, and Clinical Development Protocols (CDP).
- Coordinate with departments such as QA, R&D, ADL, and manufacturing units for timely documentation and sample submissions.
- Perform artwork checking and development for product registration and commercial supply.
- Maintain all regulatory documentation and keep dossier tracking records updated.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma / M. Pharma)
Experience
- 1 to 2 years in regulatory affairs with proven expertise in dossier preparation for international markets.
Location
- Encore Group Headquarters, Fort – CSMT, Mumbai

- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in reviewing scientific data and handling cross-functional coordination
