Key Responsibilities
As an R&D/F&D Manager or Sr. Manager at Verve Human Care Laboratories, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful development of pharmaceutical formulations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing formulation trials and evaluating stability data to finalize product composition.
• Developing manufacturing processes for R&D formulations and ensuring seamless technical transfer for large-scale production.
• Preparing formulation process-related documents for regulatory filings, including PDR (Product Development Report).
• Facilitating technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Leveraging expertise in solid oral dosage forms and injectables.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for global markets.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Education: M. Pharma in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Formulation & Development, preferably in regulatory markets.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory guidelines.
