With 12 to 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving processes, overseeing new developments, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.

Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Research & Development, your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities that drive innovation and ensure operational excellence. Some of the primary duties include:
- To manage the function of R&D lab comprehensively.
- New Process development for API.
- Process development for Intermediates and Key starting material which are used in existing process of API manufacturing in plant.
- Improvement in existing manufacturing process to reduce manufacturing cost.
- To resolve technical problems if any, related to the API, manufacturing in plant.
- To co-ordinate with QC and QA department for all quality aspects related to Finished product and Intermediates.
