Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Central CRA (Registries), you will be the primary liaison between Sanofi and investigational sites conducting rare disease registries. Your role ensures compliance with global clinical research standards and study protocols. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting feasibility and site selection activities for registries.
- Supporting start-up documentation, regulatory submissions, and IRB/EC approvals.
- Overseeing site monitoring (remote and onsite) to ensure GCP compliance.
- Managing patient recruitment and enrolment activities.
- Reviewing trial data, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with Data Management teams.
- Handling safety reporting, deviations, and CAPA implementation.
- Contributing to study administration, eTMF maintenance, and investigator meetings.
- Ensuring audit/inspection readiness at all times.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical research and monitoring; experience in rare disease registries or real-world evidence preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Experience in site management, patient enrolment, and data quality monitoring.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical data systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Languages: High proficiency in spoken and written English.
