Job Role & Responsibilities

Shobha Life Sciences is hiring across the following departments:

Quality Control (QC) – 4 to 8 Years

  • Perform wet chemical analysis and instrumental analysis.
  • Handle raw material testing and finished product analysis.
  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC and GC.
  • Review analytical data and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Follow GMP guidelines and laboratory SOPs strictly.

Production – 1 to 4 Years

  • Operate reactors, centrifuges, and ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer) systems.
  • Execute batch manufacturing activities in API production.
  • Maintain GMP documentation and batch records.
  • Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to process parameters.
  • Must have prior experience in API production environments.

Analytical R&D – 1 to 4 Years

  • Conduct method development and validation activities.
  • Perform wet analysis and instrumental analysis using HPLC and GC.
  • Support raw material and intermediate analysis.
  • Maintain documentation and analytical review records.
  • API background is mandatory.

Research & Development (R&D) – 0 to 4 Years

  • Support process development and scale‑up activities.
  • Apply strong knowledge of organic and industrial chemistry.
  • Assist in laboratory experimentation and data documentation.
  • Candidates must be from an API background.

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) – 4 to 6 Years

  • Independently manage site‑level EHS operations.
