Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Training System Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust training need identification and implementation system by coordinating with QA and HR departments.
- Collaborate with the Training In-Charge for analyzing feedback from audits, quality matrices, and regulatory trends to improve current performance levels.
- Skill Development:
- Work with the Training and Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to identify and initiate actions to impart desired technical skills to trainers and personnel, focusing on domain strength.
- Induction Programs:
- Execute technical induction programs for newly joined employees in coordination with department heads and HR.
- Prepare and upgrade training modules as needed.
- Training Effectiveness:
- Assess the effectiveness of the training system periodically and update the Head of Department (HOD) on progress.
- Internalize learnings from specialized external training programs.
- Manage and archive training records effectively.
Qualifications:
- B Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc. degree.
- 8-15 years of experience in quality assurance and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
