Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) in all warehouse operations.

• Maintain and manage end-to-end documentation of material receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch.

• Operate and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and all other QMS-related elements for warehouse activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance operational compliance and drive continuous improvement.

• Provide critical documentation during internal and external audits and support compliance activities.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

Qualifications:

• B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / BSc / MSc
  (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or related fields)

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical warehouse environment with QMS exposure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cGMP & warehouse regulatory norms.

• Proficiency in documentation and QMS tools.

• Strong understanding of WMS platforms.

• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Notice Period:

• Candidates with 1 to 2 months of notice period will be preferred.
