Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Medical Writer, you will:
- Draft, review, and finalize Clinical Study Reports (CSR), Investigator’s Brochures (IB), and clinical trial protocols.
- Ensure medical and scientific accuracy, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and biostatistics experts.
- Conduct literature reviews to support clinical and regulatory documentation.
- Mentor junior writers and support team development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality documents for regulatory submission.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of medical writing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Strong expertise in CSR, IB, and protocol development.
- Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical development processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
