Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Production (API – TAPI Division)
Experience Range: 1–10 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech. (Chemical), Diploma (Chemical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production activities as per cGMP and SOP standards.
- Handle and monitor chemical reactions, distillation, filtration, and drying processes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality norms.
- Maintain batch records and logbooks for all process operations.
- Work closely with quality and engineering teams to achieve production targets.
2. Quality Control (HPLC/GC/Wet Lab/Micro/QMS)
Experience Range: 2–14 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Microbiology) for QC Micro
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of in-process, raw material, and finished products using HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct method validation, stability studies, and trend analysis.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards and cGMP.
- Support audit readiness and laboratory investigations.
3. Engineering (Projects – Mechanical)
Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer
Experience Range: Minimum 7 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of process and utility equipment.
- Coordinate plant modification and expansion projects.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory norms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous process improvement.
4. Quality Assurance (QA – Malanpur & Gajraula)
Experience Range: 4–10 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech. (Chemical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve batch manufacturing and analytical records.
- Manage deviations, CAPA, and change control systems.
- Ensure compliance with ICH Q10, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with QC and Production for audit preparedness.
5. Technical Training Manager
Experience Range: Minimum 8 Years (API & Pharma Industry)
Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for API manufacturing teams.
- Conduct competency evaluations and ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Design continuous learning initiatives to enhance technical and operational excellence.
- Partner with department heads to strengthen overall employee capability and productivity.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology), B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical, Mechanical), Diploma (Chemical), B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
- Experience: 1–14 years depending on the department.
- Industry Preference: Candidates must have pharmaceutical API experience.
