Job Role: Regulatory Affairs Specialist II

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for lifecycle management of dossiers for Teva’s 3rd party client business (Medis). The role involves ensuring timely submission of regulatory variations, document preparation, coordination with stakeholders, and updating databases.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory lifecycle for European and international markets
  • Keep regulatory modules updated in line with procedures
  • Prepare and submit variations to authorities or clients
  • Track submissions, approvals, and manage timelines
  • Address deficiency queries from authorities and clients
  • Ensure communication of outcomes and maintain updated databases
  • Provide regular status updates to management
  • Collaborate across supply chain, regulatory, and external teams
  • Handle other special RA projects as assigned

Educational Qualifications & Experience

Required Education:

M.Pharm or MSc (Life Sciences/Chemistry/Pharmacy)

Experience:

0–1 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs preferred


Desired Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and document systems
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
