Job Description

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating, overseeing, and completing functions related to assigned trial activities
• Performing file reviews and documenting findings in appropriate systems
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Communicating risks to project leads and managers
• Supporting study documentation maintenance and system management
• Providing system support for GoBalto & eTMF
• Supporting Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) activities
• Performing administrative tasks related to trial management
• Organizing client and internal meetings, including minute-taking
• Supervising local regulatory documents and transmissions
