Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Application Submissions

• Submission of Test License, Import License, TL-NOC, Mfg. License, WHO GMP, COPP, EU GMP applications.
• Handle coordination with Drug Control Administration (DCA) and Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO).

Clinical and Industrial Licensing

• Submit BE NOC applications and manage associated queries.
• Coordinate with DSIR for applications and correspondence.
• Manage NDPS applications and collaborate with the Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN).

Shipment & Excise Coordination

• Liaison with CHA, Customs, ADC offices for shipment clearance.
• Interact with State Excise for necessary documentation and clearances.
