Department: Analytical Development (Complex Project)

Location: R&D Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Open Positions:

• Manager/Assistant Manager (MSc./M.Pharm) – 9-15 years experience
• Executive (MSc./M.Pharm) – 3-8 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, establish, and validate analytical testing methodologies for complex formulations like liposomes, transdermals, long-acting injectables, suspensions, nanoparticles, microspheres, topicals, and peptides.
• Conduct characterization of complex products in line with global regulatory guidelines and pharmacopeia standards.
• Collaborate with CROs and CMOs to improve analytical methods and facilitate method transfer.
• Work on In-vitro studies, E&L analysis, solid-state characterization, and impurity characterization.
• Ensure GLP compliance in routine and stability sample analysis.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC, LC-MS/MS, CD, SEC, GPC, and Ion Chromatography.
• Stay updated on regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMEA, FDA) and pharmacopeial standards (USP, EP, BP, JP).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MSc. / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience of 3-15 years in analytical development for complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of analytical method development, validation, and transfer.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a cross-functional environment.
