Key Responsibilities
As a Formulation Technology Transfer Executive/Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the transfer of new formulations and process optimization for oral solid dosage (OSD) forms.
- Managing demo, pre-exhibit, exhibit, and validation batches to ensure seamless production.
- Conducting process analytical technology (PAT) studies for process improvements.
- Coordinating with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams for site transfer and scale-up activities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
- Preparing and reviewing documentation, including SOPs and technical transfer reports.
- Supporting regulatory audits and addressing compliance requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics/Industrial Pharmacy or related fields.
- Experience Level: 2 to 8 years in Formulation Technology Transfer.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, EU, etc.) will be given preference.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in technology transfer of OSD formulations, process validation, site transfers, and regulatory documentation.
