Job Description:

In this critical role as a Senior Research Associate in the Regulatory Affairs team, you will contribute to ensuring that all Personal Care innovations comply with regulatory requirements. From reviewing formulations to advocating for regulatory reforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. About the Department & Responsibilities:

• Review formulations and claims, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Advocate for revisions in standards to align with future regulations.
• Study EU and ASEAN cosmetic regulations and contribute to advocacy for reforms.
• Network with other RA teams to bring regulatory best practices to India.
• Drive the Digital RA agenda.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of regulatory experience, preferably in Soap development or Oral care product development. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in science or a B. Pharm with relevant industrial experience. Key skills include product technical knowledge, understanding of Drugs & Cosmetics regulations, and strong soft skills like teamwork and communication.
