LKN GLOBAL SERVICES PRIATE LIMITED Hiring Notification for Home Health Medical Coders

In this role, you will be required to:

• Analyze patients’ charts carefully
• Utilize specialized medical classification software to assign diagnosis codes
• Assign codes to diagnoses using ICD-10-CM codes following the PDGM guidelines by CMS
• Enter coding information in an online program
• Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations
• Follow up with the provider on any documentation that is insufficient or unclear
• Communicate with other clinical staff regarding documentation
• Search for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusual
• Be updated about new coding rules as codes change from time to time
• Maintain patient confidentiality and information security
• Ensure that all codes are current and active Meet daily Coding, OASIS, and POC review production
• Ensure that Coding, OASIS, and POC documentation is clinically accurate while providing support throughout the review process
• Maintain continuing education requirements Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor

Education : All certificate & Non certified Coders Eligible

Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in home health medical coding
