Job Role & Responsibilities

Departments Hiring:

• Production / Packing (Officer / Executive / Plant Operator / Technical Assistant)
  • Involvement in granulation, compression, coating, capsule, topical, and liquid formulation processes.
  • Experience handling blister line, strip, and cartonator machinery.
  • Manage topical filling, primary & secondary packing operations.
• Engineering (Officer / Executive / Operator / Technical Assistant)
  • Responsible for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in FBD, FBP, AMG coating, compression, capsule, and packing machines.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Utility Operator
  • Experience managing AHU, BMS, chiller, cooling tower, and purified water systems.
  • Maintain efficient plant utilities and ensure uninterrupted production support.
• Quality Assurance (IPQA)
  • Monitor in-process quality checks for both manufacturing and packaging stages.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity principles.
  • Review batch records and handle deviations as per SOPs.
• Quality Control (Analyst / Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive)
  • Perform HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution testing.
  • Conduct method validation and transfer activities.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and documentation standards.

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
• Experience: 2–7 years in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing unit (OSD, Topical, Liquid).
