Vacancy Information
Aculife Healthcare is currently hiring for the following positions within its Formulation & Development department:
- Assistant General Manager (AGM)
- Deputy General Manager (DGM)
Department: Formulation & Development (F&D) – Injectables & Parenterals
Experience Required: 15-20 years in formulation development, focusing on sterile and non-sterile dosage forms, adhering to regulatory guidelines for markets such as the US, EU, Canada, Brazil, and ROW.
Role and Responsibilities
- Literature Search and Analysis: Conduct extensive literature searches to support formulation design.
- Pre-Formulation Studies: Plan and execute pre-formulation and compatibility studies.
- Formulation Development: Lead the formulation and development process, adhering to Quality by Design (QbD) principles.
- Scale-Up and Technology Transfer: Oversee scale-up processes and ensure smooth technology transfer to manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Formulation & Development, with a focus on injectables and parenterals
- Key Skills: QbD, literature search, pre-formulation, scale-up, technology transfer, regulatory compliance
