About the Role

Novotech, a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a Project Specialist to join its Project Management Group in Bangalore, India. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professionals with administrative experience looking to build a career in clinical research project management.

As a Project Specialist, you will assist Project Managers (PMs) in executing clinical studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines, local regulations, and Novotech/client SOPs. The position provides a clear career growth path for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering clinical studies on time and within budget.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and manage multiple databases efficiently.
• Provide high-quality administrative support to project teams.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in the clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.
• Preferred Background: Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) is highly regarded.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
