Job Role & Responsibilities
As part of the Pharmacovigilance Voice Process team, you will handle safety-related communications and support drug safety operations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to adverse event reporting
- Collect, document, and validate pharmacovigilance case information
- Ensure accurate data capture and reporting as per regulatory guidelines
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and global safety regulations
- Support case processing teams with complete and accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all interactions
This role provides strong exposure to pharmacovigilance workflows, drug safety reporting, and global healthcare communication systems.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm with valid pharmacy license (mandatory)
- 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
Relevant courses include: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Clinical Research, Drug Safety
Key skills required:
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory for voice process)
