Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Pharmacovigilance Voice Process team, you will handle safety-related communications and support drug safety operations.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to adverse event reporting
• Collect, document, and validate pharmacovigilance case information
• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting as per regulatory guidelines
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and global safety regulations
• Support case processing teams with complete and accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all interactions

This role provides strong exposure to pharmacovigilance workflows, drug safety reporting, and global healthcare communication systems.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm with valid pharmacy license (mandatory)
• 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
