Eligibility Criteria
1. Medicinal Chemistry
- Qualification: MSc./M.Pharm/PhD in a relevant discipline
- Experience: 3+ years in medicinal chemistry research
- Expertise in designing and synthesizing small molecules for drug discovery
- Proficiency in structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies
2. Synthetic Chemistry
- Qualification: MSc./M.Pharm/PhD in synthetic or organic chemistry
- Experience: 3+ years in synthesis and process chemistry
- Strong knowledge of multi-step synthesis, purification, and analytical techniques
Job Responsibilities
- Design and synthesize novel molecules for drug discovery
- Conduct literature reviews and propose innovative research strategies
- Optimize chemical reactions and purification methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
