  • Note: Candidates who have attended an interview with Syngene in the last six months are not eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Medicinal Chemistry

  • Qualification: MSc./M.Pharm/PhD in a relevant discipline
  • Experience: 3+ years in medicinal chemistry research
  • Expertise in designing and synthesizing small molecules for drug discovery
  • Proficiency in structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies

2. Synthetic Chemistry

  • Qualification: MSc./M.Pharm/PhD in synthetic or organic chemistry
  • Experience: 3+ years in synthesis and process chemistry
  • Strong knowledge of multi-step synthesis, purification, and analytical techniques

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and synthesize novel molecules for drug discovery
  • Conduct literature reviews and propose innovative research strategies
  • Optimize chemical reactions and purification methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
