Job Role & Responsibilities

Manufacturing / Packing – Associate / Operator

• Handle granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations
• Perform primary and secondary packing including blister packing and labeling
• Ensure adherence to GMP and production SOPs

Manufacturing / Packing – Officer / Sr. Officer

• Manage OSD production operations in USFDA-regulated environments
• Oversee batch manufacturing processes and documentation
• Coordinate production planning and execution

Maintenance (Plant Maintenance)

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharma equipment
• Handle machinery like granulators, compressors, coating machines, and packing lines
• Ensure uninterrupted production through efficient maintenance practices

Maintenance (QMS)

• Prepare and review SOPs and technical documentation
• Manage change control, deviations, CAPA, and audit compliance
• Maintain GMP documentation and regulatory readiness

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analysis of solid oral dosage forms (finished products, stability, in-process)
• Handle instrumentation and analytical method validation
• Conduct dissolution, PMQC, and routine testing

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Manage validation, qualification, and investigation activities
