Job Role: Medical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality regulatory submission documents such as Clinical Study Reports (CSR), Protocols, and Investigator’s Brochures.
• Communicate with medical experts, patients, and pharmaceutical company representatives for data verification and resource collection.
• Collaborate with internal study teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Conduct quality control checks on each submission to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure all documentation follows Cognizant’s writing guidelines and is appropriately stored and organized.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Medical Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in medical writing, regulatory documentation, and clinical trial data interpretation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in clinical concepts, medical communications, and content writing.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and medical terminologies.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking, data interpretation, and report generation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
