Key Job Responsibilities
Core Functions:
- Prepare, compile, and review regulatory dossiers for ROW, semi-regulated, and regulated markets.
- Respond to regulatory queries and maintain up-to-date records for submission status.
- Manage product lifecycle documentation including variation, renewal, and labeling updates.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, production, and packaging to gather required documents.
- Ensure all regulatory submissions are compliant with country-specific requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ICH guidelines and CTD/eCTD formats
- Understanding of global regulatory frameworks
- Strong documentation, planning, and communication skills
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) – Specialized in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical sector
- Exposure to international regulatory procedures (Europe, Asia, Africa preferred)
