Job Role & Responsibilities
OSD Manufacturing – Production (Assistant to Executive)
Selected candidates will support end-to-end oral solid dosage manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing granulation processes including high-shear and fluid bed granulation
- Handling extrusion and spheronization operations
- Performing pellet coating and functional coating activities
- Managing capsulation processes and in-process controls
- Maintaining batch manufacturing records and production documentation
- Ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety, and data integrity requirements
- Coordinating with QA and QC teams for smooth batch execution
- Supporting scale-up, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
These roles require strong technical understanding of OSD manufacturing equipment and compliance-driven production systems.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- ITI
- Diploma
- B.Sc
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Operations
