Key Responsibilities of the Role
End-to-End Project Management
- Oversee projects across their lifecycle — from initiation to closure
- Utilize modern tools and techniques to ensure timely delivery
Client and Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain strong internal and external communication
- Regularly update clients and stakeholders with reports and progress
Documentation & Risk Management
- Prepare weekly project status reports
- Document all meetings (MoMs), and track action items
- Ensure proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution
Regulatory, Shipping & Billing
- Handle logistics including international compound shipments
- Manage chemical and FTE billing
- Track team headcount and productivity for efficiency
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following:
- MSc in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- M.Pharm
- MBA in Project Management with a Pharma/Chem background
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of relevant project management experience
- Must be from a Discovery Chemistry CRO background
Preferred Skill Set
Must-Haves
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Excellent documentation practices
- Client-focused approach with effective communication
- Familiarity with CRO operations and productivity tracking
Bonus
- Experience in pre-sales and billing coordination
- Exposure to international shipment documentation and invoicing
