Job Role & Responsibilities
The Junior Project Manager – Pharma R&D supports senior project managers in coordinating pharmaceutical research and development projects across multiple dosage forms.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Supporting senior project managers in planning, tracking, and execution of pharmaceutical R&D projects
- Assisting in managing projects across oral solid dosage forms, liquids, and other pharmaceutical formulations
- Creating and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, trackers, and status reports
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinating with formulation development, analytical R&D, regulatory affairs, procurement, development QA, PPIC, QC, and manufacturing teams
- Ensuring timely flow of information and follow-up on interdepartmental action items
- Attending project review meetings and documenting minutes of meetings (MOM)
Documentation & Compliance Support
- Maintaining project documentation as per internal SOPs and regulatory expectations
- Supporting readiness activities related to product documentation and regulatory submissions
- Assisting with data compilation required for development reports and regulatory filings
Monitoring & Reporting
- Supporting budget tracking, resource utilization, and basic risk assessment activities under senior guidance
- Helping monitor project milestones and highlighting potential delays or risks
Tools & Learning
- Using project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Participating in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Gaining exposure to pharmaceutical product development lifecycle management

Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following qualification:
M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Experience Requirements
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply
- Candidates with up to 1 year of internship or project experience in pharmaceutical R&D will have an added advantage
- Exposure to pharma product development during academic projects is beneficial
