Key Responsibilities

• Accurately code EM OP patient encounters based on clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for clarification of documentation.
• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BSc, MSc in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of EM OP medical coding.
• Certification: CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology; attention to detail; ability to work independently.

Location & Work Mode

This is a full-time position with opportunities for remote collaboration, depending on role requirements. Office location and setup details will be discussed during the interview process.
